As you clean you ll want to rinse your cloth often with clean water.

Don t use vinegar windex or bleach on granite.
Daily cleaning of granite is actually quite simple.
Make sure your dishwashing liquid doesn t contain citrus extracts as they re too acidic for granite countertops.
First wipe the counter surface with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
Buff dry with a microfiber cloth.
Wipe the counter down with the cleaner and a clean microfiber cloth dipped in warm water.
You can use a cleaner you buy or one you make yourself such as one with alcohol dish soap and clean water or you can buy one from a specialty store.
Frequent uses of these acidic substances will dull the granite and weaken the sealant.
To disinfect the surface make a solution of half water and half isopropyl alcohol in a spray bottle.
All you need is a wash cloth warm water a small amount of dish soap and a hand towel for drying.
Spray the solution over the granite surface.
Dry the counter thoroughly with a clean microfiber cloth.
You can also use a 50 50 solution of isopropyl alcohol and water.
